Description
The YAK 55m is the plane designed and flown by Gernot Bruckmann.
With this design he place 2nd with a beautifully choreographed routine
at the 2007 E-TOC. The YAK 55m flying characteristics
are so superb, it allows you to do anything you
can think of...and more.. Knife edge is so predictable that
pilots are doing "knife edge taxi" with the
wing and stab tip sliding along the floor! The flight envelop of
this model are far superior to any other free style model on the
market. With the small axi motor, and average weight servos and
rx, the model weighs 4.7 oz without doing anything "extreme"..just
a stock build
The kit is masterfully crafted using the latest
in laser cutting technology, so all the pieces fit together perfectly.
The surfaces are pre- beveled, the depron is high quality, and
all the hardware to assemble is included in the kit. The
graphics are bold and very unique, making it striking on the ground,
and easy to see in the air. During our first session on the
model, everything about it was comfortable, even with extreme control
throws, so all pilots will benefit from the YAK 55s easy flight
characteristics. A must have for all indoor aerobatic pilots!
