The ULTEGRA at 295g, is an amazing example of fully molded DLG quality integrated with current Euro design yet offered at a very affordable price. The model is nothing short of elegant, and has flying characteristics that follow suit. One of the ULTEGRA'S more interesting features is the servo installation. They are PRE-MOLDED into the structure at time of manufacture. All four servos..... rudder, elevator, left and right aileron are INCLUDED in the price. Hard to believe! The fuselage cross section is minimal for very low drag and nose moment long enough so no real nose weight is required. This fuselage size encourages the installation of a 2 cell lipoly and small receiver pack. It is carbon art at it's finest, complete with the very trend setting DISSER layup(cross hatch carbon tow). The model can be flown in all conditions, but excels in the light to medium conditions. The handling characteristics of the ULTEGRA are excellent, with it responding well to aileron/rudder mix thermalling, or just rudder alone. Both work equally well in this very balanced combination. We also handle the model in a very cool "ELECTRO" version which is quite popular too!
