All models sold or distributed by SkipMillerModels, LLC are to be used at owner's own risk. Skip Miller Models is not responsible for any damage, injury, or death caused by the models we distribute or sell.

Radio controlled model airplanes are a risk by nature.  There are hundreds of things that may or can go wrong while engaging in flying.

The most important components are electronics, servos, and batteries.  If you purchased a model in which you install your own equipment or purchased a ready to fly model, please check all your systems carefully.  Again, you are at your own risk.

If a structural failure occurs, I can show it to the manufacturer and only they can decide on what resolution, if any, will occur.

If a kit model or ready to fly airplane crashes for ANY reason causing property damage, injury or death, SkipMillerModels, individually or LLC, cannot be held liable.

Please understand we take the GREATEST care to assemble and prepare these models. I fly the exact same models in high level competition. All standard precautionary tests should be taken. I can assume no risk for the manufacture of the model, installation, or electronic linkages.

How to place an order with SkipMillerModels

Select items in our inventory are available for purchase by online payment.  These items will have a button on their item description that will say "Add to Cart" and "View Cart."  Follow the PayPal instructions to complete the order.

For all other items on our website please follow these steps:

1. An email AND a call are most helpful to make sure your order is processed promptly. See contact information below.
2. Provide the following information in the email:  item, color preference, ship-to address, phone number, and email address
3. Skip or a SMM employee will confirm your order or provide information on the stock availability and lead times.
