Description
The Evolution is Günther AichHolzer new F3B design. Günther AichHolzer evolved
the Evolution from his already famous design the German Eagle. When
designing the Evolution he took the design achievements from the
German Eagle and combined them with the current F3B models design
trend. He made the fuse a very small diameter, a thinner wing,
and a smaller wing area. He use Max Steidle (designer of the Crossfire
and Tool airfoils) airfoil selection. This created a go fast turn,
hard model that was still excellent thermal model. This already
efficient low drag airframe is the first production model to incorporate
RDS system pre-installed as a PRO upgrade. This model is real winner!
The wing has a slight dihedral in it for increase stability,
and has a ballast chamber built into the wings. The wings are constructed
using a sandwich made of carbon fibre, Rohacel and glass. The spar of the wing is
made of UMS carbon. Creating an incredibly strong and stiff wing. The
fuselage is made mostly of carbon fiber and incorporates an improved
system for the elevator, and a reinforced rudder.
