Description

The ASPIRE X-tail and V-tail is the latest F3J offering from renowned designer and pilot Lubos Pazderka, and his F3B counterpart Peter Fusek. This team is famous for the Eclipse V, Eraser, Eraser Extreme V-tail and X-tail, Fazer, Victor, and now the ASPIRE.

Lubos Pazderka has done it again.  Setting a new standard in F3J thermal flying, the ASPIRE covers all the competitors needs: it is large, ranges extremely well, can handle light lift, launches superbly with speed, and has incredible handling.  The model is available in a V-tail and X-tail 2.4 friendly fuse, and comes pre-wired ready for installation with servo of your choice. Weighing in at 78 oz (x-tail version) it has very low wing loading.  Ballast tube is pre-installed and very generous.  The fit and finish is excellent.

It has had very good success in the early F3J trials, often making it to the fly offs.  Lubos is one of the very few designers who is an excellent pilot as well.  He knows what he is after when he decides to make a new design.  The wing is clean with premolded fairing's for all the linkages, and control horns installed. Generous radio compartment volume makes installation a breeze.

The popularity of other models he manufacturers for other designers in Europe makes the Aspire difficult to obtain in the US.  SkipMillerModels is proud to be the exclusive dealer for Lubos Pazderka designs in the US, so I  am confident that we will have the ASPIRE...but it is taking some time. We have been representing his models for 10 years (since the 1st F3J World Championships in England in1998). Someday this fine model will land on our shores, and will be immediately embraced into the competition circuit. After flight testing, I recommended to Lubos that he rename the model "IMPRESSIVE" as it very much is!
