The Speedo 1.2M is the latest Version of the popular Speedo airframe. The newest version features many improvements over the previous generation. Most important of which is the stronger fuselage with 4 more layers of fiberglass. The built up wing is constructed from high quality balsa, for a stronger lighter model.

Assembly is fast and straightforward, a low parts count and complete hardware pack ensure the Speedo goes together easy. Experienced modelers will have no trouble throwing this together in a few hours. Can be built with a one or a 2 piece removable wing for easy storage and transport. The perfect size to keep in your car and go flying anytime!

The speedo excels in a wide variety of conditions ranging light 10mph winds up to 25+. With the receiver mounted in the nose there is plenty of room under the wing for ballast. It's always a blast to fly and feels right at home doing frontside acrobatics. It's RG-15 airfoil also makes thermaling possible in loftier conditions using the included tow hook.
