1) The plane must be paid in-full prior to testing.

2) SkipMillerModels examines each plane before testing to insure its integrity for flight, however, the customer assumes 100% responsibility in the event of a aircraft malfunction resulting in damage to the aircraft.

3) SkipMillerModels and its staff assume zero financial responsibility in the event that the aircraft malfunctions during testing resulting in damage to the aircraft.  

4) If damage occurs during test flight, customer can purchase replacement pieces at SkipMillerModels in-house pricing. Additional fees for rebuilding will be the responsibility of the customer.
